How long does your jerky stay fresh?
Our jerky is made without artificial preservatives and typically has a shelf life of 6 to 12 months when unopened. Once opened, we recommend consuming it within 3 days for maximum flavor and texture.
What is the source of your meat?
We pride ourselves on quality. We use 100% premium grass-fed beef and locally sourced poultry, ensuring every batch is lean, high-protein, and ethically raised.
Is your jerky gluten-free?
Many of our flavors are naturally gluten-free. We clearly label all allergens on our packaging and product pages, so please check the specific ingredients for your favorite flavor.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your jerky ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the domestic United States due to international customs regulations regarding meat products. We are working on expanding our reach in the future.
Can I return my order if I don't like it?
Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact our support team and we will make it right.
